The fact of placing an order on this website implies full acceptance, by the Client, of these general conditions:

- In case of lack of stock after order confirmation, the Customer will be promptly informed by email, and unavailable products will be automatically canceled and refunded.

- BIOCOTTONIERS will not be held responsible in the event of an error by the Customer when entering data that prevents the receipt of the confirmation email and/or shipment of the order.

- The order will be sent - within 24 business hours after payment - as "Certified Package" via "Correos". Correos usually takes, within the Peninsula, 1 or 2 business days to deliver the package to the Recipient.

- In accordance with the applicable current legal guarantee, the Client has the right to return the article that presents a defect / factory defect and

get the refund. BIOCOTTONIERS will pay the transport costs for the return due to defects/manufacturing defects.

- Likewise, the Client has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date on which he received the products, in order to return the ordered products without having to justify or pay any penalty, in accordance with Directive 2011 /83/UE of October 25, 2011 as it has been applied. The transportation costs of the return by retractation are borne by the Customer.

- Any return must be notified by email before being carried out, whether it is a return due to defects/manufacturing defects or a return due to retraction.

- All returned products may not have been used, damaged, dirty or washed by the Customer. Once the returned product is received, BIOCOTTONIERS will reimburse the Customer for the amount paid for the product within a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt in the warehouse, whether it is a return due to factory defects or defects. a return by retraction.

- BIOCOTTONIERS will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transport, so the Customer who wants to return the product is recommended to use a transport service with package tracking, whether it is a return due to defects/manufacturing defects as well as a return due to retraction.
